Chef Isabela Rivera opened Coastal Bites with one rule: only cook what the ocean gives us today. Every morning our team meets local fishermen at the dock, hand-picks the day's catch, and builds the menu around it.
The result is a menu that changes with the tides — playful, ingredient-first, and unmistakably Boricua.
